Chris Profile.

Hi my name is Chris I have been Personal Training since November 2004. I have trained many different people with each person having different goals. I do not have a particular preference in which type of training that I do. My satisfaction comes from people reaching targets, which are set between my client and myself.

I currently work for Cannons Health and Fitness Centre as a Personal Trainer, I received many of my qualifications at Champneys Henlow as a Fitness Instructor looking after over 70 club members many of which are currently following a training programs set by myself. I took many classes including: relax and stretch, Hi Lo Aerobics, Body Dynamics, power walk, gym circuits, x training circuits, Aqua aerobics, Aerobics, Kick start, Jog, Wake up workout, Personal Training, and Health Appraisals
